BIKE COMPATIBILITY
Kinetic trainers are compatible with all bikes -- from recumbents, to BMX, to track, to road or mountain bikes they all fit. By doing some simple adjustments, our frame can accommodate any bike.  Learn more here 

SHIPPING
Shipping is FREE for your Rock and Roll Trainer to anywhere in Australia (sorry we can't deliver to NZ or overseas).  The trainers are shipped via Star Track Express and need to be shipped to a physical address (no PO Boxes) and need to be signed for on delivery.  You will be provided with a tracking number and will be able to track the delivery via Star Track's website.
