How soon will my product ship?

Internet orders placed before 1pm (Brisbane time) are usually dispatched the same day provided the goods are in stock and payment has been cleared. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day. 

How do I work out my shipping costs?

To work out your shipping costs add the item to the shopping cart and type in your post code. this will work out the shipping charges and also give you different delivery options if available. 

Combining items in your cart will consolidate your shipping costs and the more you combine the cheaper the consolidated shipping charge will be.

When will my products arrive?

The time taken between order and delivery depends upon where you live.  All products shipped via Australia Post's Standard Parcel service are usually delivered within 2-5 business days depending upon your location.  Australia Post's Express Parcel service packages are usually delivered the next business day.

Order sent via International Mail to New Zealand typically take between 3-10 business days

Can you deliver to my PO Box address?

Yes we can deliver to a PO Box.  The only exception are the Kinetic by Kurt Bicycle Trainers.  They are shipped via courier and need to be shipped to a physical address and need to be signed for on delivery.  This is due to the size and weight of the trainers.

How do i track the status of my order?

You will receive a tracking number for items shipped via Express Post. You can track these packages at or phone: 13 23 45

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, we don’t allow pick-ups for any of our products.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

We currently ship to NZ and Australia only (Kinetic by Kurt products are only shipped to Australian addresses).  Please contact us if you are in another country and are interested in our products.  

Return policy

You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. If you decide to return your item then we'll refund the purchase price, less two delivery fees (to cover the outward and inbound delivery costs). Some of our products can be offered with free delivery. Please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual delivery costs (both outbound and inbound) will be deducted from your refund. The item must be returned in its original condition so that we can endeavour to re-sell it.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 5 business days).

Store credit is also available. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "complete orders" link under the my account menu and click the return item(s) button. we'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
