Franklin Ball Review
I use the Franklin Ball for self-massage, not Pilates!! It's very effective for lower back pain, gluteal and hip muscle tightness, and in treating trigger-points along the sides of my ribs (the ball gets the right spots like no other therapist ever has!) It also mobilises my entire spine and is easy to move along as I lay on it. Very pleased to be able to order the balls from an Australian site that offers excellent service and prices. Thanks!!
